What is this


Note, if you're our Property Management or/and Rental Management customer, please, ignore this page as service prices for you are substantially lower.


We understand that some holiday home owners may want to take care of both Management and Rental of their properties. But there are times when for some reason you need an occasional help from one of the local managers or management company. We are here to help you on such occasional instances and you're free to come back to us as many times as you like.

 

Our non-subscriber services list includes almost everything that our Management Subscribtion clients normally benefit from, however because as a pay-as-you-go customer you do not contribute towards our local manager's time on monthly or yearly basis, the prices below are slightly higher to cover our time and efforts.


List of Services and Prices


Airport transfer arrangements: at a cost price of transfer company, same as for subscription clients.

(examples of one way fares: Faro-Albufeira 4 people 40 EUR; Faro-Albufeira 8 people 55 EUR)


Welcome pack (tea, coffee, water, milk, juice, bread, butter, eggs, cookies, wine):  €35 (incl. delivery)


Inspection of property€40 per occasion


    • collect all the mail and bills then scan and e-mail all to you
    • air the property, flush the toilet, check shower and bath
    • check all appliances are in working condition
    • water, electricity, gas meters recorded
    • advise on any maintenance needed
    • REPORT sent to you via e-mail or fax after inspection


Client meet, check-in, check-out:   €50 per occasion (including both check-in and check-out)


    • prepare property before arrival, switch all appliances on, open shutters, air the property etc.
    • meet client at the property, show all appliances and features, advise visitors on local amenities and available activities, arrange any booking required during their stay
    • arrange weekly towel/linen change (if ordered from us)
    • collect breakage deposit (if instructed by you)
    • on departure check the appartment for breakages and damages
    • switch off everything, close shutters
    • return deposit less damages (if any)
    • arrange cleaning and towel/linen change and prepare property for the next visitors (if ordered from us)

Mail collection only (including scan and e-mail to you):  €30 per occasion


Cleaning:  €10 per hour
