Signing Up for Management Services


To sign up for Property Management or/and Rental Management, please, e-mail us scanned copies of the following documents:


  • copy of passport of principal owner
  • proof of address of principal owner
  • signed Contact Sheet form
  • signed Inventory form
  • signed Rental Terms (if you subscribe for Rental Management)


Please, send us all of the above by post or e-mail info@algarvemanager.co.uk


As soon as we receive your documents, we'll send you Login and Password for your Online User Area where you'll be able to see and download your copies of Contact Sheet, Inventory and Rental Terms (if applicable) signed on our part.


You can do this anytime. Just log in to your client area and click on See Statement link. Then click on the relevant document link to download your copy of the document.
